How much does a flooring franchise in Mildura cost?
From $395,000 + GST, the same as every National Floors territory. That covers the showroom fit-out, opening stock, three months of training and your launch marketing. Ongoing fees are a 5% royalty and a 2% national marketing levy on gross sales. Finance is available to approved applicants.
Who finds the showroom site?
We do, with you. We look for the right site in the Mildura territory, then fit it out to our tested showroom design.
Do I need to live in Mildura?
You'll be on the floor six days a week, so you'll want to live within easy reach of the showroom. If you'd be moving to the area, tell us when you apply.
Do I need flooring experience?
No. 70% of our successful managers came from other industries. You'll train for three months in our stores, and you keep the full video and SOP library after that.
